HOA Business Solutions Portal

The website personalized for The Aspens Condominium Association  is now available.  To access your account, go to the HOA Business Solutions, LLC website which is: https://hoabusiness.vmsclientonline.com. Once at the home page, on the left hand side you can click on the link marked “Member Login”.

We also suggest that you immediately change your password to something easy for you to remember and add your email address.  Go to the “Contacts” tab and  Email options and Password/ID.

You can access information to your account for financial status (and manage your e-pay settings), compliance and contact information as well as association documents and forms. We encourage you to take some time and review the features of the website so that you can use it to its full capacity.

For your convenience we have added a HELP menu located at the top left hand side of the home page once you log in next to Log Out.
